Row designed for Quilt-ish in Cape Cod

I have been asked by a few shop owners if I had designed any rows for this year’s Row by Row: Sew a Season. I did design one for a good friend – June Herold – owner of a new type of quilt shop with finished goods as well as unique merchandise and supplies. I have a pix of the pattern and of the finished quilted row. June’s shop is in Brewster on Cape Cod and it is named “Quilt-ish” June’s shop and gallery is in her New England home. It is a REAL TREAT!

Deb’s design is a winner. She visited me several months ago and we spent time visiting the Nauset Light, which is pictured in the plate and also it was impressed on her how important whales were and are to the economies of the Cape, Nantucket and Martha’s vineyard. We also spent time together in Provincetown and collaborated on a great panel for Provincetown in Deb’s stamp/where have you been metaphor. I love working with Deb. One of the best creative minds/designers I’ve worked with in 25 years of creative product development ant marketing in a variety of industries. I trust Deb’s sensibilities in so many ways. She’s a great friend and mentor.
